In order to exclude the most common problems please:

• Make sure that you have your JDK installed (instead of only a JRE) – more info here.
• The currently viewed graph must be the AI graph that you want to export
• The graph must not contain syntactical errors (check the LocalChecker for warnings/errors)

Important: Since some AIs may use subgraphs, all other graph files (in .xml format) that are contained in the same folder as the currently opened graph file are compiled as well. It is crucial that only potential sub-graph files are located in the same folder as the AI graph file. Additional .xml graph files may cause problems during export.
